13.Will MRP DIET SOUP makes my skin dry?
No and we recommend drinking at least 3 litres of plain water per day.
14.How much water do I need to drink and why must I drink so much?
It is very important to keep hydrated while using MRP DIET SOUP and this is why we recommended drinking at least 3 litres of fluid per day. This helps to maintain blood volume and to prevent dehydration. You should remember to spread your fluid intake throughout the day and avoid consuming a large amount at once. There are several reasons why you have to drink a lot of fluid.

A good rule of thumb for good health is to drink 2-3 litres of fluid a day whether trying to lose weight or not. If the MRP DIET SOUP is used as the sole source of nutrition, this is the minimum for good health. The reasons for this include:

it is necessary to compensate for the fluid that would otherwise have been taken in through food. It is important to keep the body’s fluid levels topped up to prevent the unpleasant symptoms of dehydration – headache, dizziness, fatigue, irritability and constipation.

However, consumption of large quantities of coffee or cola is not recommended. If you feel you must drink them, the decaffeinated forms are preferred. Caffeine acts as a stimulant to the body systems and sometimes provides an irritant effect. Herbal and fruit teas offer a pleasant alternative.

MRP DIET SOUP offers balanced nutrition but in a very concentrated form, therefore we recommend that you drink 250ml of water with each sachet. Extra fluid enables the body to get rid of the waste products associated with the breakdown of fats resulting from weight loss.
15.Why are pregnant or breastfeeding women advised not to use MRP DIET SOUP?
Any woman who is pregnant, breastfeeding or who has given birth in the last three months cannot use MRP DIET SOUP - since it is not advisable for pregnant women to lose weight during pregnancy. Pregnant and lactating women require increased levels of protein and energy, and are advised to follow a diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables.Pregnancy is a time when the focus should be on the health of the mother and the health of the baby.
16.Can people with high blood pressure use MRP DIET SOUP for weight loss?

It is advisable that you show the product containers to your doctor so that he can read the lists of ingredients and advise you of any particular ingredients you should avoid, depending on your condition. If you have high blood pressure ( provided your doctor gave you the green light to start the program) you can use MRP DIET SOUP, depending on other health issues and your current BMI.

MRP DIET SOUP taken as a sole source of nutrition will itself cause water loss. The SOUP is low in sodium and results in a natural water loss in the early stages. This, along with your weight loss, will invariably reduce blood pressure in some cases.

18.Does MRP DIET program affect the kidney?
No because MRP is not a supplement or drugs to lose weight. But you are advice to drink plenty of plain water.

Metabolism takes place in a water environment That's why it is important to drink at least 3.litres of water each day when you are using the weight loss program. Water plays a very important part in the weight loss process. The kidneys cannot function properly without enough water. When they do not work to capacity, some of the load is dumped onto the liver. One of the liver's primary functions is to metabolize stored fat into usable energy for the body. But if the liver has to do some of the kidney's work, it cannot work at full throttle. As a result, it metabolizes less fat and more fat remains stored in the body.
19.Diets never work for me - I always seem to gain the weight back. Why should MRP DIET Program be any different?

MRP DIET weight loss program is different because it actually feeds the body correctly and does not starve, it just to control the calories intake. Most people become overweight due to nutritional deficiencies. When you don't feed the body correctly it craves more food than it actually needs; your body will craves sugar and fat. Why most people give up on diets or "cheat" during dieting is because they can't stand the hunger pangs and they eventually give up.

Loosing weight is NOT just about eating less. If you eat less, you deprive your body of good essential nutrients. MRP weight-management programs are based on principles of nutritional science, formulated to provide the necessary micronutrients your body requires. We recommend two sachets per day as meal replacements along with one balanced meal for weight loss.
